Livestock and Fish CGIAR Research Program Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Planning Meeting Objectives of the meeting

1. Review the draft Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework for the Livestock and Fish CGIAR research program and finalize a Working Document
2. Review and finalize the L&F Intermediate Development Outcome indicator matrix as well as a plan for finalizing intermediate indicators
3. Formulate a plan for operationalizing the MEL Framework
4. Populate the Plan of work and budget (POWB - 2014 and 2015) with identified program monitoring evaluation and learning activities
