Meeting venue: GIZ. This is a 10 Minute walk from the hotel down the main road Hauptstrasse. You will reach house two and you need to walk across the railway tracks to house one. Sabina Lanning will be at the reception and wait for the participants to arrive. We will be using meeting room ED51036 in house 5 which is opposite house 1.

Review and agree Flagship and logframe structure and update logframe Review and agree Flagship Theory of Change to establish baseline and what will be achieved in 2017 Review and agree Clusters and Activities – scope, contributing partners, budgets Update bilateral projects master list Agree Flagship outputs in detail Agree how the Strategy and Implementation Plan will be developed Develop ideas for a resource mobilisation strategy

Day 1: 25 October 0900: session 1. Welcomes and introductions etc (GIZ, CRP, CIAT) 0930: session 2. Introduction to the CRP and this planning process - Tom 1000: session 3: Introduction to the flagship - Michael 1030: COFFEE 1100: session 4. ToC for the flagship - intro - review - special focus on capdev and gender - attention to other cross-cutters (mel, comms, open access, data, etc) 1230: LUNCH 1400: Session 5. Special session with GIZ on scaling (1 hour brainstorm) 1500: COFFEE 1530: Session 6. Review and discuss each of the clusters (first round) 1630: Session 7. Detailed planning by clusters (also cross-cutting) - Review Activities – scope, contributing partners, budgets - Agree Outputs in detail – concrete, substantive, clearly articulated, unique outputs for W1/W2 funding, “cut & paste” bilateral project outputs; appoint Activity Leader 1230: LUNCH 1530: Session 9. Brainstorm resource mobilisation 1700: close
