How to ensure this success?
Leave our comfort zones - understand each other inclusive decision making strong cross-cultural communications have an appropriate comms platform Hold an annual flagship meeting Active AH yammer group focus on a few common themes, all the way through the clusters, from AtoZ (product lines!) Vertical integration among the clusters Have a few 'flagship' products Frequent small meetings among cluster leaders (and them to their teams) Some means to ensure country consistency/focus across the flagship

Scope: Species: cattle, pigs, small ruminants Geography: Africa Diseases: Cattle = ECF, mastitis, CBPP; Pigs = ASF, diarrhea; SR = PPR, CCPP, sheep and goat pox.

Day 1 0900 Welcome, objectives, introductions, process 0930 Update on the CRP and this planning process (Tom) 1000 Intro to the Flagship - aims, outcomes, structure, etc (Ulf) 1030 Coffee 1100 Review and agree/update Flagship Theory of Change – focus on outcomes and targets. Suggest any changes and adaptations. Based on intro by Jane/Michael K. Cluster groups work on their parts. 1230 Lunch 1400 Review activities proposed in the logframe – scope, contributing partners, bilateral projects, budgets. Specify by country. Detail for 2017, longer term if possible. For Year 1: Each partner should leave with a clear understanding of deliverables as well as budget commitments including bilaterals and CRP. This includes cross-cutting commitments (gender, capacity development, communications, open access and data). Update the logframe document and the list of bilaterals document.. 1615 Short sessions with the key cross-cutting leaders. 1700 Close
